13 fully accessible one-bedroom apartments * in partnership with St. Clare’s Multifaith Housing Society * client-directed support services outlined in an individual support service agreement and individual service plan * prescheduled services as needed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
Services include:
- personal grooming and hygiene
- assistance with eating, toileting and housekeeping
