Service Description: Services include mental health assessments, wellness planning, crisis intervention, and connections to both on-campus and community-based resources. Services include:

  • Same-day mental health support through Clinical Nurse Specialist: mental health assessment, timely intervention, education on mental health concerns, support during times of distress, connection to on- and off-campus services, and a caring space to explore your needs, strengths, and options. Follow-up sessions available
  • One-at-a-Time counselling sessions: 50-minute, focused conversations designed to help you explore your concerns and leave with meaningful strategies you can use right away
  • Virtual, peer-to-peer mental health and wellbeing support in partnership with Togetherall: Togetherall is an online community clinically moderated by mental health professionals and offers learners a safe and anonymous place to express their thoughts, concerns, and successes. Resources are free for learners to use and are available. To register, visit Togetherall
