Service Description:

Support in the areas of mental, physical, social, and financial health and well-being, through peer-led support, educational resources, and health-focused initiatives
Wellness support for Learners
- Peer Active Listening Program: one-on-one sessions with trained peers for active listening
- Consent Peer Education: Brining in the Bystander workshops
- Wellness Workshops: group workshops focused on mental health, self-care, and overall well-being
NOTE: in-person and virtual programming available to all students
