Service Description: Seniors apartment building * designed for older, independent living adults

  • consists of two buildings totalling 323 suites of residential accommodation, all of which are one-bedroom suites except for 14 being two-bedroom suites. Each suite is equipped with either a full kitchen or a modified kitchenette, full bathroom, separate bedroom, living area, and a large walk-in closet
  • services include: hairdresser, weekly activities, monthly entertainment and community bus

Fees: Service * Fee assistance available for Applicants who require financial assistance to live at Richview Residence must apply through Toronto Social Housing Connections at 416-397-7400
Application: Application Process for Richview Residence Applications for “regular market residency" must be obtained through the Richview Residence office or on line at www.richviewresidence.org. It is requested that applications be completed, in their entirety. Applications should then be submitted to the Richview Residence office by mail or in-person. Application Process for Rent Geared to Income Assistance is available through Housing Connections Inc. for applications to the Kipling Building. Applications for Rent Geared to Income residency must be made directly through “Housing Connections”. For further information on this process visit their website, www.housingconnections.ca
