Service Description: Clinic which assesses and treats those with neurological and complex musculoskeletal disorders * medical and rehabilitation management * assistive technology in the areas of mobility aids, communication, advanced computer technology, specialized seating and home modifications
 
Augmentative and Alternative Communication Program (AAC) - Specialized interdisciplinary team that provides assessment, prescription, equipment trial, ADP funding authorization and training for Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices * service for clients when speech is not functional or not possible
 
Gait Technology Program - Provides strengthening, neuromuscular re-education, balance training, and strategies to improve activities of daily living and independent mobility
 
Out-Patient Postural Seating and Mobility Clinic - Program which assists clients to obtain or maintain independent mobility and address positioning and functional issues * assesses for seating and mobility devices * provides assessment, prescription, equipment trials, ADP authorization, dispensing and follow-up of manual and power mobility devices * provides low-cost alternative devices when mobility products can be reycled
 
Spasticity Management Program - Provides spasticity management for people with multiple sclerosis and other chronic neurological disabilities * offer treatment options such as Botox, nerve blocks, oral medication therapies and physical rehabilitation

Fees: None * set fee for those who do not fall under the grant formula
