Eligibility / Target Population: Canadian citizens 18 years and older residing in the City of Toronto * non-residents may vote if they or their spouse own or rent property within the City of Toronto * persons without a permanent address can use the address of a community centre, drop-in centre, hostel or anywhere else they have returned daily to sleep or eat in the 5 weeks prior to an election * call 311 for information on required voter identification, voting by proxy, and accommodations for voters with special needs or circumstances
