Service Description: Living Life to the Full is an 8-week course that provides skills and knowledge to cope with life's challenges. This fun and interactive course is offered to groups of 10-15 people in community settings. The course is based on the principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and has been demonstrated to improve symptoms of low mood and anxiety in older adults 55 and over. CMHA Ontario and our partners are excited to offer this course for free to caregivers aged 55+ living in Toronto as part of the ENRICHES Collaborative. We recognize the valuable role caregivers play in society, and the stresses that can develop as a result of the role. Come on out, meet other caregivers and learn about how you can Live Life to the Full!
