Service Description: Comprehensive mental health assessment and treatment services, including walk-in counselling, integrated peer support, and clinical and recovery services * emotion regulation and self management programs * transition support and community connections * family education and support * wellness, fitness, art programs in partnership with other community agencies

Eligibility / Target Population: Young adults 16-29 years with complex mood and anxiety disorders, and other mental health needs, who do not require crisis or acute in-patient services
