BALANCE for Blind Adults is a non-profit organization with over 30 years' experience, funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care through the Toronto Central LHIN. We serve clients in their homes and communities and run group and individual programming at our main office and other locations, including the Toronto Reference Library.
