Housing for People with Addictions - Toronto

People who have a substance use disorder are offered supports to get stable housing. Services can include community-based case management, safety planning, life skills training, financial management assistance, and relapse prevention.

These services are located outside of Toronto, but provide service to Toronto.
	Senior Persons Living Connected - Addictions Supportive Housing (ASH) English ; French ; Hindi French interpretation available upon request; Programs offered in different languages

Tests are available by appointment only at assessment centres and at pharmacies.
