Service Description: Supports to at-risk youth, seniors, adults with physical and health disabilities, people who require housing supports, individuals searching for employment, those with mental health issues, and newly immigrated individuals and their families

Supportive Housing for Older Adults - Apartments with 24 hour personal care

Employment Services - Services offered virtually

Meals On Wheels - Hot or chilled meals delivered * special diet types available

Meet and Eat Lunch - Hot, nutritious meal is provided to individuals living with HIV/AIDS * specifically those who are able to get to the program on their own and do not require additional assistance while attending 

Seniors Services - Offer a range of programs and services to support older adults and adults with disability or illness to live at home and engage in the community
