Assist Indigenous older adults 59+ to maintain their health, wellbeing and independence in their respective homes for s
- medical transportation
- diabetes support group coordination
- personal support worker services
- shopping club
- security and reassurance checks
- social activities
- advocacy measures
- assistance with ADL – Activities of Daily Living
- palliative care supports
- congregate dining
In-Home Personal Support
- Assists with the activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, laundry and light housekeeping

Transportation
- Volunteer drivers provide non-emergency transportation to local medical appointments, grocery shopping, banking, and other errands
