Service Description:

Short-term intensive outpatient program for people with complex musculoskeletal rehabilitation needs * treats patients who have had orthopedic surgery for complex fracture, multiple trauma, rheumatic disease, or complex soft tissue injuries * program duration is approximately 6 weeks
Progression level of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality
