Service Description: Program and services for adults who have a limb amputation and would benefit from a prosthetic, and those with a neurological or musculoskeletal condition where mobility and independence can be improve using an orthopedic brace * services include:

  • personal assessments and prescription recommendations
  • manufacturing of prosthetic limbs and orthopedic braces
  • consultations with West Park's orthopedic specialists and physiatrists
  • modifications, adjustments, or replacements of existing assistive devices, as appropriate

Services provided by prosthetic/orthotic clinicians and technicians * authorized vendor of prosthetic or orthotic devices for the Assistive Devices Program and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB)



Fees: Set fees * publicly-funded services available to those who are eligible * funding may be available through the Assistive Devices Program or WSIB
Application: Medical referral required
