Service Description: Programs and services to reduce drug related harms for people who use drugs including preventing the spread of communicable diseases

Anonymous HIV Testing - Anonymous and rapid HIV testing available for people who use substances * pre and post test counselling and referrals to community services/supports available * free information about HIV and its testing is provided by telephone or walk-in

Harm Reduction Supplies and Counselling - Provide counselling and distribution of free harm reduction supplies:

Methadone Works - Opioid Substitution Clinic - Harm reduction based opioid substitution program that includes methadone and suboxone

Mobile and Street Outreach - The Works Van - operate Monday to Friday from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Calls to request service are taken between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Naloxone Distribution In Toronto (POINT) Program - Provide training to opioid users and their peers/family in recognizing the signs of overdose and ways to reduce the potential for overdose * training on how to administer naloxone * opioid users are provided with a take-home naloxone kit

Nursing Services - Nursing services to people who use drugs: 

Supervised Consumption Services - Supervised Consumption Services (SCSs) are clinical spaces for people to bring their own drugs to use in the presence of trained health professionals. Canadian and international evidence shows that SCSs save lives, connect people to social services and are pathways to treatment
