Service Description:
|
Weekly, open-ended, long-term interpersonal, insight-oriented psychodynamic groups. For adult patients (over the age of 18) suffering from anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues or relationship problems.
The minimum commitment is one year.

Application:
|
Clients can be referred by professionals, the community, or self-refer. Any individual sessions required before the group starts are also covered by OHIP. An intake interview and group therapy assessment will be completed prior to joining group therapy.
