Service Description:

A variety of in-home services to older adults and people living with physical disabilities who require assistance in order to be able to continue to live independently in their homes
Home Help and Homemaking
- Assistance with daily chores, such as laundry, light housekeeping, pet care, errands, shopping, and meal preparation
|
Personal Support
- Personal support (attendant care) including grooming, dressing, bathing, transferring, bed care, medication compliance
|
Respite Care
- Relief for caregivers of adults, older adults or children with complex medical conditions or Alzheimer's disease and related dementias
