Service Description: A community-based program that works toward supporting individuals with mental illness who are involved or at risk of being involved in the criminal justice system. The goal of the program is to work with individuals in the community so that they can live successfully and reduce and/or prevent involvement with the criminal justice system.


Application: Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals. Please call to make a referral. Clients must have active involvement, or risk of involvement, in the criminal justice system.
