Service Description:

Improve the health and well-being of people who use substances and better connect local residents with health, social and community services they may benefit from * health card, family doctor or medical referral not required to use the hub’s services
- Harm reduction supplies (for example: injection, stems, bowls, chasing the dragon, foils)
- Counselling
- Peer support
- Addiction medicine
- Case management
- Referrals to justice case management (for people who are interacting or involved with the justice system)
- Referrals to substance use crisis team
- Referrals to other health, social and community services (for example: housing, healthcare, social work, ID clinics)
Please note the hub does not offer emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency department.
