Program teaches parenting skills and techniques * includes step-by-step training and coping skills instruction to dealt with specific concerns * aims to reinforce positive behaviours and communication to build healthy positive relationships * aim to reduce the risks of child neglect and abuse to promote the cognitive and physical development of children.
