Service Description: Offer a range of programs and services to support older adults and adults with disability or illness to live at home and engage in the community
 
Carlton St Campus Programs - Offers a variety of supportive programs for older adults living in and around the community with various levels of need
 
Mandarin Outreach - Support to Mandarin speaking newcomers and immigrant * settlement services * recreation and wellness programs * skills and literacy * information and referral
 
Seniors Health and Wellness - Social and recreational program for older adults

  • weekly choice practice
  • crochet drop-in
  • Majong
  • fitness
  • art classes
  • cooking demonstrations on healthy eating
