Service Description:

A service that provides on-site support services to help older adults and people with disabilities with their daily activities
Supportive housing services provided to residents of 20 and 25 West Lodge Ave and 1447 King St W
Services include:
- 24 hour on-site Emergency Response
- personal care, bathing, dressing, toiletting
- medication monitoring
- dressing and/or toileting
- light housekeeping duties
- light meal preparation
- shopping and/or banking

Residents who require 3 or more of the following essential services may be eligible for the program:
- personal care
- light housekeeping
- laundry
- light meal preparation
- shopping/banking
- medication monitoring
- safety checks/monitoring
- socialization
