Service Description:

One-to-one support and in-home assistance to provide caregiver relief
Services include:- homemaking
- light personal care
- light housekeeping
- medication reminders
- outings in the community
- meal preparation
- stimulating activities such as reading, puzzles and scrapbooking

Fees:
|
$8/hr (minimum 2hrs/visit; maximum of 12hrs/week) * subsidies available
|
