Ambulatory Care Centre - Offers a wide range of outpatient services including clinics that offer assessment, diagnosis/treatment and therapy for patients and members of the community
Cardio Respiratory Department - Cardiologists diagnose and manage a wide range of cardiovascular diseases including:
  • Coronary artery disease
  • Heart rhythm problems (arrhythmias)
  • Heart valve problems
  • Heart failure
Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health - The program includes a six-bed inpatient unit, an outpatient day hospital, an urgent care clinic, an outpatient addictions consultation clinic and a father's mental health service
CIBC Just for Kids Clinic - Children's Walk-in Clinic - Paediatric walk-in clinic for children up to their 18th birthday
St Joseph's Health Centre - Emergency Department - Emergency room care * doctors, nurses, and other health professionals assess and treat life-threatening injuries or severe illness
Family Birthing Centre - Care to women and their families during their birthing experience * offers childbirth and parenting classes * offers a variety of birthing options including midwives, family physicians and OB-GYNs
Fracture and Orthopaedic Clinic - Care and treatment of bone fractures or injury
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Special unit that cares for patients who are critically ill
Laboratory Services - Provides laboratory tests
Mobile Crisis Intervention Team - Emergency psychiatric team providing prompt assessment, intervention and referral to individuals experiencing mental health crises * team consists of a specially trained police officer and a mental-health registered nurse * partnership between St. Joseph's hospital and Toronto Police
Paediatric Inpatient Services - 14-bed inpatient program providing care to patients from infancy to 18 years of age * 6-bed surgical day care program  * pre-admission for surgery program
Paediatric Outpatient Department - Paedatric Consultation Clinic - Access to wide range of outpatient services for children and adolescents in the community 
Regional Renal Program - A comprehensive range of services for patients at risk of kidney failure or who are in the later stages of kidney disease * manage patients' health to delay the need for kidney replacement treatment * education to the patients on kidney replacement options if required
Toronto Centre for Substance Use in Pregnancy - Comprehensive substance use program for pregnant women * substance abuse counseling and medical care * “one-stop” access to multidisiplinary addiction, obstetric and neonatal care
